Greetings Affiliates,
Happy New Year! We hope that 2017 is off to a great start for all of you!
I would like to start by welcoming our new Coordinating Committee member, Jill Barton. We are excited to have her as part of the team! Also, we welcome Jennifer Ostergren as the new Perspectives editor. Continuing members of the Special Interest Group (SIG) 11 Coordinating Committee include Barbara Zucker, Darlene Robke (professional development manager), Judy Brasseur, and Valencia Perry (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association [ASHA] ex officio).
Over the past year, the number of resources regarding effective supervision has increased significantly! We encourage you to read the Ad Hoc Committee on Supervision Training (2016)  report, A Plan for Developing Resources and Training Opportunities in Clinical Supervision, if you have not had a chance to do so!
