Happy holidays affiliates! Here we are near the end of another year. With the new continuous publishing platform for Perspectives, we want to take this final opportunity to look back and bring you up-to-date on SIG 6's 2016 events and give you a sneak peek at what's in store for 2017.
Having heard nothing to the contrary, I am going out on a limb and concluding that you all like our new SIG 6 Perspectives format, with papers distributed throughout the year and biannual access to continuing education units. You will recall that this year, we examined a variety of issues related to mild and/or minimal hearing loss. In Part 1, three papers examined these disorders among infants and children with Part 2 focusing on adults. As always, we are indebted to all of you who wrote for Perspectives and to those affiliates serving on our Editorial Review Board for time, effort, and expertise for the benefit the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association members.
